I see that theres a new 2m (50cc) composite Edge from the same guys that make the Sukhoi, and LR-1.
Any plans on getting some of these?

This is news to me. They make a 33% Edge that's sold through planes plus, I know of nothing else in the 50cc size besides my Sukhoi.

Yea, saw this and thought to myself, "With a DA-50, about 13 lbs., Yea!"
Approx. 250 less area than the Sukhoi, and 4 lbs. lighter.
Should get to maiden the Sukhoi this Saturday, if all goes well.

What is the running weight of the Sukhoi? I have not finished mine yet and am just curious. I still haven't bought a new camera to send you any pic's yet either.

Mine came out with an all up weight of 16 Lbs. 10oz.

Sounds like it is as Tom was saying...larger than the 28% airplanes, but about the same weight.
