35% EXTRA linkage

Test flew my new 35% EXTRA today and the linkage on a wing broke on the 3rd flight. I have these connectors on a control surfaces, what do i replace them with.

Just an FYI. If the servo travels are set up to where the surface comes up against a hard stop with servo travel remaining they can do that.
Not saying that's what happened here but it's something people should pay attention to with any type of ball link or clevis. With a clevis the ends just splay open until the pin releases or the pin breaks off. |

Thats the first i have seen of that kind of ball link failure; amazing, must have had a defect in the plastic ...

I've experienced it off and on with a couple of link types. In my cases it was always when I set up a servo with more travel that the surface would permit or when the linkage would bind on the servo arm from an extreme angle. 300 oz.in. plus servos are hard on plastic when the plasctic stops before the servo does.
