I advise you to contact Ron B. direct as I understand that he doesn't follow this Forum. My jet partner, Johnny P. had similar issues with his Wren 44 TP and Ron was able to sort these out. Johnny had several successful flights with his PC-21 at the Plum Island Fun Fly a couple of weekends ago. Again, contact Ron @ Wren USA and provide him with your current parameters. Most likely he'll advise you to turn down the Pump Start point and you'll be good to go.
