I received my new Genesis 450 pe yesterday from the ups man and upon opening it I noticed that the flybar was bent from shipping. There was a small dent in the box where the flybar had poked a hole through it. I straitened out the flybar and attempted to spool it up but it was vibrating and tail wagging. I followed instructions found on rcuniverse to check for a bent main shaft. It is bent! This all happened in shipping. If someone from x-heli could contact me to rectify this problem, I would appreciate it. The transaction and shipping time was great and the helicopter looks to be a great peice of gear but it was damaged in shipping. Is there a way I could get the parts for free and fix it myself or do you want the whole thing back? Seeing as I have opened it I would prefer to fix it myself. Please respond soon. Thank you! Dean

I recieved my parts today and the Heli is now air worthy. I used 2 packs to set it up and to hover in the living room. It really does have some super fast head speed on idle up. Wow, I can't wait for a good day of weather to really test her out. Thanks again. Dean
