Even with all the negative I heard about XHeli.com thought I would give them a try. I had a question so I thought I would try there live chat. One thing for sure have to wonder what there terminology of shortly means as I have been waiting a LONG time to talk to some one and all I get is
[All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly.]

Hope the rest of there service is better then there live chat. Wondering if they are hiring as I need a job. Will post back with my experience with the rest of there service and give a first hand review.

It took about 20 minutes which is not good but being the holidays I will except it this time. I am from the OLD SCHOOL and service with get my business quicker then even price. On my helicopters I do a lot of business with USA Hobby and there service is GREAT. But what I ordered from XHELI USA Hobby does not carry.[]

All is good and I understand. The only problem you being on the west coast and I am on the east cost takes a week to get my items. The order I am waiting on now has been over a week do to the holidays. I know I can have it shipped by a faster way but shipping is all ready high. Then some of the shippers went up all ready this year! [] I sell some on eBay and I am all ways hearing about shipping prices but there is nothing I can do. Like I said all is good.
