muffler for YS45FR
I recently crashed my Dash 45 . The power plant is YS45FR (rear exhaust) with tune pipe. The engine has been discontinued.
I now want to mount the engine on other plane with side exhaust.
Is there any adaptor available in the market to connect the rear exhaust engine to a side mounted muffler ?
Distance between the two exhaust mounting holes (centre to centre) is 3 cm.

RE: muffler for YS45FR
The problem is : I don't want to fly pattern again 'cos it is too fast for me.
I want to mount the YS45FR onto a trainer/high wing plane. These planes usually do not have room at the rear of the engine to
mount a header.
Anyway, thank you for your help.

If you still have this problem, check out www.westonuk.co.uk they manufacture pipes and manifolds and prices are not too high. I have a 45 running one of their throttle pipes and can confirm they really work well.
