Default YS 63 What %nitro?

I have a new YS 63 and need to know what fuel I can use in this engine. In particular I wonder what is the downside of using low %nitro (eg 10% ) aside from the obvious reduction in power? Is it harder to start? Does wear increase?
I live in the boondocks and its an expedition to get to a place that sells fuel. I have a few gallons of of Byron 10/20 at home and would like to use it if it isn't going to hurt the engine.
What % power reduction would you estimate for 10% nitro compared to 20%?
I enjoyed reading your breakin method I read earlier today.

Default RE: YS 63 What %nitro?

It won't hurt to run less nitro, but you will sacrifice some good idle and transition characteristics. Use a slightly smaller prop to keep the engine in the 11000 to 12000 range.
Hard to say exactly what you lose, but 5 to7 % seems about right. In cooler conditions it may not work too well.

Good Flying!
