Default YS 63 idle adjustment

I can set the idle for 2000 RPM and it idles along just fine. However when I pick the RPM up to 2400 for about 6 seconds the carb begins to drip fuel. The engine is mounted inverted. The transition seems to be fine. It can be dropped from full RPM 10200 ( 13x6 APC narrow blade prop) to 2000 bank and it handle the change. Any ideas?

Default RE: YS 63 idle adjustment

Raise the rpm slightly (2200 to 2400) at idle and screw the regulator screw in 1/4 to 1/2 turn. It should solve the problem.
