Ys Super Mount 3
 

Hi,
I have Ys 170 DZ with the SuperMount 2,
i think to buy the "3"
But there is a real diffrence Between both - 3 / 2?

I am sorry for that delay in getting to this question, work has had me busy. I personally have no experience with the super mount but I can contact YS and ask for you.

Hello Mongol,

The main difference is the the SM 3 has a larger outer ring but with thinner wall, but they went back to the SM 1 inner ring originally designed for the 160, so the elastomer is bigger on the SM 3, that's the only difference. The nose ring remains the same on all models, as well as the shock absorber and mounting holes dimensions.

It does work better than the previous two, specially for the 170, many people make comments about how quiet and low vibration my axiome has with the SP3, if can get the # then go for that one.
