YS140L - Replacement of Silicon Tubes

Dave,

Due to a chafing problem, which I have now resolved, I would like to replace the two blue silicon tubes that come as standard with the 140L. Is there any specific Dia/Wall thickness I should use? Is the length of these tubes critical in any way, or do I just keep them as short as possible?

I notice that on my new DZ one of the tubes is so short that it was detached when I bought the engine; now connected, it would almost seem to restrict flow at the point where it is slipped over the nipple!

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Paul

Use medium tubing. Your choice of brand. We use Prather in the shop.
Tube length is not critical, just don't overdo it!
