Differences between 120SF and 120FZ

I have a chane to buy either of these two engines and am trying to find out the differences between them. Both are used, and the SF has recently been sent to the factory for service. The engine will be used on an OMP 65" Yak.

What are the amjor differences, and is there any power difference?

Thanks,

Joebob

RE: Differences between 120SF and 120FZ

Both are great engines, but the FZ will produce about 15% more power due to it's bigger valves and difference in the induction system.

The FZ also has the idle needle adjustment which helps in the setup.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the info, Dave. There's a $25 difference in price on the two engines. Sounds like it would be worth it to go with the FZ. Now, to come up with the cash.....[&o]
