Ys .80 Stii/st3 ???

Could someone please post a detailed photo of the throttle barrels of these two engines showing the difference? I've purchased one used and believe (was told) it's the new barrel. I'd like to know what the difference is.

The correct barrel has the throttle arm flat against the side of the carb. The old barrel has a 1/4" standoff under the arm.
