I'm Hoping
there is someone out there, who can tell me if it is posible to purchase, and where to get a 45 degrees, angle header pipe, for my old faithfull YS 91 AC. and also what is the size is the thread please.

Try www.pspec.com. They make a variety of mufflers for 4 stroke engines of all brands. The quality is first class too.

The thread size is 13 x 1mm

13X1 is the thread size of the 110 which is 91 based.
Stays at that all the way through the 170.
