RC Showcase Customer Service
 

For all those thinking about what engine to buy and when they do how is the customer service going to be I am going to post my experience with RC Showcase.
I have a ZDZ 50 NG that was what I considered hard to start. I called RC Showcase just to get better instructions or try an find out what I was doing wrong. I talked to Mike Dooley and he immediately told me if I had a certain model # on my carb to send it in and he would replace it with a new model. I checked and sure enough I had the problem serial number so I removed the carb and sent it to RC Showcase for replacement.
I don't know how you can beat that kind of customer service!!!
