esc heatsink with fan

ok i know they make them for the motor but do they make them for the esc?
the heatsink whith fan that is
1 1/16 summit

Ive never seen a heatsink w/fan for the 1/16 Traxxas. And I've only seen a heatsink for the esc from The Toyz.
