driven production rc18t shock spring hats
are these replacements for lower spring retainers or are they something entirely different. the reason i ask is that i just lost a lower spring retainer and if these would solve my problem of losing them i want to buy them.

Yes,
they are replacements for the rc18 line of cars lower shock spring hats.
They are cnc'ed out of delrin,and feture a "snap" detail that keeps them from coming off the shocks.
Plus they cup the spring it self to help the spring track straight with the shock giving better suspsension handling.

On your guys site, does it come with 4 or 2 in a set? It's good somebody made these because if my suspension isn't tight enough the stock hats just pop off.

It comes in a set of 4
With the many times I had the stock ones I had to keep looking out on my driveway for the stock ones but since I've gotten these it (The spring or retainer) hasn't popped off once.
