Need some help here. I managed to snap off the receiver antenna on my pro-pulse (yes, I know it's stupid) and had to solder a new one to the circuit board. Range is not what it used to be, and I suspect the length of the new antenna to be too long. Can someone measure, as accurately as possible, the length of the stock antenna from the top of the tube holder to the end of the antenna itself.

i believe all AM 27 or 75 mhz is to be 20 inches long

Cool man, thanks for the help. Unfortunately/fortunately, the Pro-Pulse is FM. Will it still be 20 inches?

just measured the one on my pro-pulse. 19" to solder
