Are you waiting long enough for it to be ready to see the brake travel?

do as follows:
Disconnect battery
turn mamba switch off
connect battery
mamba will flash all colors
apply full throttle
turn switch on
wait 2 seconds
mamba flashes green and rings 4 times indicating throttle measured
mamba flashes red while beeping
push full brake
wait 1 second
mamba flashes red and rings 4 times indicating brake measured
mamba flashes yellow while beeping
put trigger to neutral
wait 1 second
mamba flashes yellow indicating neutral measured
wait 1 second
mamba will flash all colors and ring once

do those and try it again...

TO RECALIVERATE IT...
that was funny.

ok, try to take all of the batteries out of everything, take the crystals out of the Rx and Tx. make sure the crystals are correct, put all batteries back in. then try.

is it possible to have a faulty Rx, Tx, and ESC? yes. is it likely, no. i am the WIZARD of user error, so i understand thi whole "user error" feeling, and it's defeat. take your time and try EVERYTHING.

you will get it.

Increase the endpoints on the throttle and brake to 125%, and make sure your slider (either "A" or "B" near the trigger/wheel) is also out to 125%. Throttle should be in normal. You should be good to go after that. Let me know if it's still a problem.
