If all you are looking for is to charge your MQ with your quick charger get this: HPI Micro male to Tamiya female adapter.
I think all the other guys are confusing you with talk of multiple conectors.
Personally, I would change everything to deans and just be done with it. If you don't know how to solder, the guys at your local hobby shop should be able to do it for you. If you know how to solder, the entire switch will take 10 minutes to change all your trucks.

RE: OFFICAL MINI-QUAKE THREAD
They are better because they are considered a "no loss" connector. "No Loss" means the resistance of the connectors is less than the wire you are using.
HPI micro and Tamiya connectors have higher resistance, and will act as a bottle neck for power flowing through them. Which is why people melt those crappy hpi micro connectors all the time. All that resistance leads to heat build up (the energy has to go somewhere... i.e. heat). The tamiya connectors are better, but still reduce the power actually going to your motor.
Other "no loss" connectors:
- bullet plugs
- Powerpoles
- TRX plugs
- Hardwiring

RE: OFFICAL MINI-QUAKE THREAD
I just use deans ultra plugs on all my batteries. They are incredibly easy to solder. Crimping is a definite NO. It will cause tons of resistance.
The charger you linked is not to be used for 2/3A batteries (mini batteries). Its for Sub-C only since it only has one charge rate @ 4a. Mini packs should be charged between 1 - 1.5 amps on average.
I'm really confused about your connector questions. What are you trying to do? which charger do you have? Let me see if I got this straight.... Your charger has a Tamiya connector on it (male I'm assuming). You want to use deans on your MQ batteries. If so, the last link is the correct one. You need a Female Tamiya to Male Deans adapter.
