Ebay is your best bet, there are always some for sale. Expect to pay $60-70, and plan on buying a turbo head from Tim so you aren't held hostage to a non existent supply of glow plugs. Or, you could diesel-ize it.

The Big Mig Norvels are on the fleabay constantly it seems, It is very hard to find the AME Revlite version New.
Tower does sell the AP .061 It is not as strong as the Norvels though.
