One of the challenges is the V-tail saddle. If I split the molds on the side like I did the Smasher, it is a non-issue. But laying up the fuselages with the seams on the side proved challenging to me. Kevin Matney has no problems with it though as he produces a beautiful Smasher fuselage.
I think Kevin used a 3 part mold on the CandyKane for the tail socket. I've got to look at his thread again and possibly consult with him on the tail.
I have another project that I'm reviving...
