Another option for going fast
Pulse jet control line speed was the only event I ever saw that made me want to hide behind a sturdy brick wall out of fear for my life.
That's a great vid. The model didn't look as fast as I thought it might but the Doppler difference during the passes showed that it was moving fast.
Note the guy with the fingers in the ears on the flyby. For those that haven't heard one of these motors this should be a sign of how they sound. If your field has a muffler rule forget about these for sure.
