Default E-Flite Carbon-Z Yak 54 Problems

Hi
First off let me just say that the CZ Yak 54 is the best plane I've owned yet but I had a couple manufacturer problems.
1. The prop adapter was bent when it arrived. No big deal right? Ive got extra's, but after further testing I found that the motor was the one with the bent shaft too. So two bent shafts.
I thought the motor was just a bit rough but I was wrong. The motor ripped the mount apart in flight and I had to land it then.
2. Another with the motor, it does not come on when I turn the plane on wih the switch. I have to have the plane on first THEN turn on the radio. Why is this?
I will be contacting Horizon asking them for a new motor and mount.
