Default Seagull Edge 540 60 SERVO Help

I just finished putting together my seagull edge 540. I was wondering if I should use metal gear servo's on the plane. The recomendation is a digital 811. Has anyone built one or flies one? What combo's are you using. I have a saito 100 engine mounted to it with a apc 16x4 prop. Any help or advice on this plane would be great. Thanks JOE

JR ST125 on the Rudder set up Pull Pull. JR1600 mHa 4.8v RX battery, spectrum AR7000 RX. the plane with batterys weights 8.2lb
the plane flys real nice . no problems with servos I allways use a MG servo on the rudder
