I just ordered and recieved a Zippy ( flightmax 2200 3s) and a 3s balancing charger ( Turnigy 3c) 2 0f the 3 cells are dead, so I threw away the $20 for the battery, and $8 for shipping. If you get a bad product you have pay the return shipping plus the shipping of the replacement back to you, so you are screwed... unless you buy enough stuff to spread the shipping costs out, and pay an additional $ 16 for every return. THis is from Hobbyking.com .

I returned an Accucel 8 charger in a USPS International Flat Rate box for well under $10. They sent me back a New charger freight free. Charger was almost a year old. BTW, the new batteries need to be registered on receipt to get into their new warranty system.

I have quite a few rhino and turnigy packs. Ranging from 2 to 4 cells. All have been well worth the money. All from hobbycity/hobbyking. One time I got a 1550 3 cell rhino pack that was out of balance upon arrival. I just balanced it before charging it and its been great for two seasons now. I will be buying many, many more battery packs from hobby city.

Sorry Mike I've not been on a few days. Yes it was Hobby-King and I only paid the postage to get it back to them.
