pull your main shaft leaving the head intact and balance the head, could be your flybar out of balance or it could be the feathering spindle not being able to center due to your dampeners.
as a last resort dial indicate the head, allot of people don't think a dial indicator is necessary for a 30 but they do make them smoother then just bolting everything together by eye.
