Sheesh! I need to start reviewing airplanes!
ORIGINAL: RCKen
I've already got the box of "goodies" in that will go on this plane. Two OS FL-70's 4-strokes, 13 servos, all of the servo extensions and y-harnesses, 3 bladed props, and a very nice set of Robart retracts (with Robo-struts)!!!!!!!

RE: Your Dream Plane
Gotta second you Corsair "dreamers" out there! Mine's a big scale bird decked out with all the details (like Tom Pierce's Dauntless) - I'll scratch build this complete with working folding wings! I've built this many times already - in my head! [sm=tongue_smile.gif]
Great thread, by the way!

RE: Your Dream Plane
Ok, several have mentioned that they wanted to know what my "dream plane" would be. To be honest with you, I've already flown the three dream planes on my list. Those were the Dave Patrick Ultimate Bipe (I've had 2 of them), the Great planes Ultra Sport 60 (3 of those), and the Sig Hog Bipe (3 of those). See attached pictures. Since I've started reviewing planes I've found that I really don't have many planes that would be on my "dream plane" list. That's because I'm getting to experience lots of planes and equipment. But I do have 3 project planes that I do want to build and fly eventually. Those would be a Great Planes Ultra Sport 1000, a Nick Ziroli P-38, and an OV-10 Bronco. Of the 3 the US 1000 would be the one that I want to build for the flying part of it. The other two I want to build for the building part of it.

RE: Your Dream Plane
I don't dream too big. I have already bought my first dream plane, My Icepoint 2m pattern plane.
one of the members at my field (now a close friend) was flying the Icepoint the week after I soloed
A few months later I bought it from him and now it is the only plane I bring to the field.
My next 2 dream planes are the OXAI beryll GP all composite 2m pattern plane,
and the Composite ARF 2m Extra. I will probably buy the Extra by next summer.

RE: Your Dream Plane
I've got a soft spot for big biplanes with gas engines. A 1/3 scale Fokker D-VII or a 1/3 scale Sopwith Pup would be my dream plane. Currently looking for a used vehicle that can accomidate such things to get them from home to airfield. Even 1/4 or 1./5 scale can be a problem.
Logistics suck.

You gotta love it... a Turbine powered Ultimate BiPlane.... it should be a spectacular performer if it doesn't kill the pilots.

Firstly, technically speaking the space shuttle is very much a plane in every sense of the word.
Secondly, for now my dream plane is a WH Sukhoi 28% with a DA50, and this is what I have on pre-order with the Australian agent.
Cheers

Considering all the set backs I've had on my first plane... Right now, I dream of an RC plane that's actually complete and capable of flying.
As far as dream plane I'll never possibly own or be in.... (It's not technically a plane... but it'd be a heck of a ride none-the-less.)
