Mike,

Medusa makes the right size motors for this plane. If you change the stock fans to five blade the plane will scream. Use a 2100 3S pack and you can get about 10 min flight times depending on how you fly.

Aren't those brushed 300's, in the EDF 64, ~24mm in diameter? The replacement GWS005 brushless motors are 20mm. Medusa makes 12mm, 28mm and 36mm!

Any number of 20mm motors will fit, but perhaps this new housing permits the use of a 28mm motor (nice of them not to bother to give you the size of the "larger hole"!!!) http://www.bphobbies.com/view.asp?id...6&pid=NGWS7204
