I personally wouldn't have bought a Cadillac Escalade with all of the previous years issues with the timing belt, and headgasket issues; though, I do like your Ferrari, it's very clean. How many total miles are on it now? What are the total maintainence costs on a car like that?
do you ever race built toyota Supras and rev while saying, "something you can't afford, Ferrari."?

Never had a problem with an escalade. This is my third generation. Some to 70,000 miles. We did have my last generation Hybrid bite the dust at 70,000 but cadillac offered a great trade in allowance on a new one. F car's maintenance is not bad. This is the first car with timing chain, not belts. It gets an annual just like a plane and runs $2-4000. It has almost 11,000 miles now. I don't harass other drivers. When I fill up, lots of compliments. I'm challenged a lot by the ricers but I just ignore them much like a mosquito. Big problem around here are the "chipped" diesel trucks. They pull up alongside me and start spewing the smoke which I can't stand.

Oh, Trust me I get to deal with the lifted trucks as well, My dad raced and beat one of those Ford Bronco's with the V8's in a Prius

I drive the best looking car ever made and will never get rid of it. It is bad to the bone fast, elegant super driving super car and it is a Lexus SC 430. Best hardtop convertible mechanism on the planet. I am 70 years old and will never grow up.

I drive a TDI Golf to work, but on weekends we like to go camping in the middle of nowhere, so I have the obvious choice- a tripple locked Lexus on 35s of course.

I'm rolling a 2012 Ram 1500 Lone Star as my DD:

Her car: 2015 Camaro RS

Toy #1: 1980 Jeep CJ-7 (I've owned since 1995):

Toy #2: 1971 Mach 1 Mustang - bought in 2010 as a pile of rust, restored and back on the road as of 2014:

Looks like I need to get to 10 posts before I can show pics. Meanwhile, they should be found in my Album.

2010 Toyota Corolla. It's a cheap econobox and does that job well. If you enjoy driving, don't. If you want cheap and reliable transportation with excellent resale value, go for it.

Exclamation car do you drive

I have a 2019 LINCOLN MKC RESERVE. It is a small SUV, actually more a CUV. Nimble on the gas, it has enough room for us 2 old fogies and some luggage. Enough extra room to give 2 more a lift without too much comfort (don’t want them asking too often for a ride). Transport before the MKC was a 2014 GENESIS 4DOOR SEDAN, 3.8L motor with 333hp. Fast, not too thirsty with lots of luxury. Why disposed of it? I could barely get into the driver seat, but was practically impossible to get out. GETTING OLD SUCKS!!! Needed higher placed carseats, allowing easy ingress and egress. Candidates were in inexpensive luxury: MKC, Caddie XT4 and XT5, Lexus 350, BMW X1, MB GLA/GLB/GLC. Pricewise, the MKC won out (all things equal) because this 2019 was the last production year, 2020 was renamed CORSAIR with new{er} extra toys built in [+++$$$]. Special because my hips can get easily into and out of the driver seat.

Probably too many cars to list, but one of my favourite cars was my daily runner
Alfa Romeo 156 Sportwagon with 2.4jtd 10v engine, yes i know it sounds boring, however it was pretty well worked over and looked bone stock and like a bashed up dented/scratched geography teachers car! (no offense to geography teachers btw!)

First thing i did was fit the 16" Alfa teledials as they look good and gave them a refurb, then retro fit a Dark Blue leather interior, then the real changes started to happen
Removed the 5 speed box and fitted a 6speed box out of a 1.9 with lower final drive ratios(this meant cutting the inner wing to fit it in the engine bay haha)
Then uprated the brakes to have carbon ceramic pads and run on grooved discs and fitted braided brake lines
Then fitted zeatek coilovers and uprated the springs with Eibach units
Then fitted Alfa 156 GTA anti roll bars that i had removed from my other car
Replaced all suspension bushes with polyurethane items
We then remapped the ecu where it would make 208hp & 450Nm torque, then removed the dual mass flywheel and fitted single mass flywheel and fitted a stage 2.5 paddle clutch
To help the sound i straight piped the car and removed all the silencers
The car has great space for models inside and scares quite a few people and surprises them aswell as this thing can really move, it also handles great in the corners. It can outrun a 210hp Mini Cooper S(my wife & I might have given that a try a few times as we modified our Mini a little bit) i have also had several phone calls from friends asking why my wife was able to outrun them against their own cars hahahahahaaha

it may not be to everyones cup of tea, but its fun and cheap

If i'm not playing with this car i might be seen working on several others like Small Block Ford v8 Capri or some old Jaguars of the 1960's or some other things. Its all good fun

The blue with white stripes scheme is perfect for that car.
