hi

The older ASP 61 mufflers will fit. Check Ebay I see them for sale there quite a bit.

Do you mean the OS 61 SF instead of OS 61 FS? If so the OS 61 FX mufflers will fit. Also the TT 61 PRO muffler and the current ASP 61 should fit.

Vince, in that case the Fox 61/74 Eagle IV tilt up/down mufflers will fit if the mounting holes are drilled out for the OS metric bolts.

Those things have a really weird bolt pattern. I believe, if I remember correctly, it is 34mm between bolt holes while the SR and FX are 42mm as are a good many other brands. The only muffler I know that will fit is the OS 744 muffler. But now let me confuse you even more. OS makes two versions of the OS 744, one with the 34mm pattern and the other with the 42mm pattern. So if you find one online, make sure it is the correct pattern. SlimLine also makes a Pitts style muffler with this 34mm pattern but I have forgotten the part number for it.

I just found the SlimLine number. It is 3213. Good luck. These things are scarce as hen's teeth.

OK, that's a 42mm bolt pattern. There are thousands of them out there. Now you need to determine how it bolts to the engine. Are the threads in the engine case or in the muffler? Do the bolts go through the muffler and thread into the engine case or do they go through the case and thread into the muffler?

These engine are most commonly referred to as "bolt through". The bolt threads are in the mufflers.
