need help selecting a engine for a guillows f6f "hellcat"
I am currently building a guillows F6F hellcat, its been a fun build once i got the hang of it, this is the very first balsa kit i have ever attempted to build, once i figured out that a dremmel rotary tool was the beter thing to cut the very fragile balsa i was off to the races lol,
I was wondering how well these models fly , the kit can eather have a rubber band or small cox .20 pee wee engine installed, I have also been told to maybe use a smell electric, but i am unsure on a model or size engine

bubba,
If it's the 16 1/2" wing span kit a TD .010 would be plenty. If you use .020 run it rich and slow as it will be overpowered. These kits really don't make good CL planes. I've built a couple and they fly fine but one crash and the plane will be completly distroyed as there not very durable. You can get the pee wee .020 and the TD.010 here. http://www.selecthobbies.com
