H9 ULTRA STIK 60 FUSE LENGTH????
HEY,
I did a few searches and could only find dimensions for the front of the fuse.
I need length from the TE of the wing back to the LE of the stabilizer please.
Crashed at a fun fly event.
Moral of the story is use LIGHT string on the balloon bust event OR don't be first!
Second moral: Be sure that bag of plane parts was for one you already tossed out. YEP I threw away all my pieces and the gas hatch too[:@][&o]

Hi OzMo,
Sorry about your loss, and I don't have that info for you. But for anyone who has a fun-fly with balloons, try this (I do this at my field). We use cheap wrapping ribbon (that curly ribbon, about 1/4" wide for putting around Christmas presents) instead of string so that it can be seen more easily. Then I just wrap the free end around a stick or rock that will barely hold it down - I do NOT stick the other end into the ground. Then, when the plane hits it, it unwnraps from the stick/stone and the guy scores a kill without killing his plane.
Sorry about your plane. I saw that happen once to a nice Funtana 40S and the guy who rigged the balloons thought it was the funniest thing he had ever seen - until the guy with the crashed plane started chasing him.
Bob
