C50 mount
hi guys,
I see that more an more people are installing the hacker c50 with a3 point mount.
what are the advantages of using this setup over the more conventional 4 point.
it seems to me that it is more difficult to adjust the trust angle of the motor this way.
any ideas?
Alex

RE: C50 mount
Hallo Alex !
I'm guessing they are using the standanrd industry isolators,(10x10mm aprox), three are more than enough to hold the nose of a c50 ,using one less makes the mount 25% lighter .Changing thrust in small increments is not a problem as isolators can stretch and compress a bit just adusting your back ring. this is what i do ,make sure your mount has short arms ,the shorter the better.
can u post some pics of current 3point mounts ?
