"Xheli.com" got me good
That Airwolf fuselage I ordered a couple weeks ago went off with out a hitch. So I orderd another. Was charged an Extra $30 and they want me to call them on the phone and listen to that stupid song for 45 minutes? Don't think so. They have the same item located in two different sections of the site at two different prices. So the nightmare begins.

if you search for airwolf on their site you'll get 4 hits... 2 are 15... one is 129..and the last one is 99...
if the one you ordered was the 99 dollar one (can't imagine you paid more for the exact same thing at the same site) then they should have honored that price. if they turned around and charged you more after the sale, then I would report them to the BBB as well as dispute the charges with your credit card company.

I am happy you received a good outcome to your problem, I have been trying to weeks to find out when the tail blades for the Mad Hawk 300 or Walkera 180D are due in, but alas, I am not important as no one wishes to answer my questions either by email or telephone. I truly am not happy with this company. I I were to run my company like they run theirs I would not be in business long. It seems the customer means little to them!

You will have a tough time doing anything with them over the phone. Go too www.rcdiscuss.com, they have SUPER customer service if you use the forums.
