I am going to draw the EDF house in SOLID EDGE,then print it.
Could anybody suggest me the best blade form and an angle of the house of the blades?

I redrew the middle part of the EDF house ,because
- the motor shaft is too short
- the motor mounting bolts are too close to the motor shaft (see post 39)
- the impeler and its cone are heavy

After the first test:
This EDF unit is too heavy. I think it is not enough to fix the electric motor at the front part of the EDF house,
therefore I made a fitting ring from 8mm plywood, just for the tests, which fix and hold the rear part of the electric motor in the centerline.

I wanted to know more about the BAUER impelers.
I visited an older,71 years old modeler friend of mine. He told me some stories about this impeler and showed me many diameter types of BAUER impelers.
He has lots of new different Bauer impeler diameters and some large box impeler parts. I got many blades and some parts for a new 138mm rotor as as a gift.
The blades are very strong, and I really like their material and shape.
After the ten blades test, I am going to make a six blades test.
