Default Up & Down

I am getting a slight up and down vibration in my HBK2.
Does any one know what component might be causing this?

I have checked the gain on the gyro (typically too much gain causes left and right wag)
I have balanced the blades and set the tracking perfectly?
I am using a new main gear....any suggestions?

Seem to happen after I tracked the main blades.

Thanks in advance.

Have you checked the head dampers (o-rings on feathering shaft) and the blade tightness? Also, many people will say that the balance of the tail blades isn't crucial, but it may be worth it to have a look at them and see if they're unbalanced.
