Default Falcon 40 manual

A friend of mine recently gave me an Exceed Falcon 40 rc helicopter. I have never flown a 4 channel before so it is very new to me. The bad part is he did not have the instruction manual that came with it. Does anyone know where i can get the instruction manual?

Hmmm, a quick google search didn't find anything. I'll check when I get home to see if I downloaded on a while ago. Do you know if it's version 1 (72MHz) or version 2 (2.4GHz)?

In the mean time, swing by the Falcon 40 thread:

if you have the 2.4ghz, then this manual will do it.

For72 mhz use this - [link]https://www.ushobbysupply.com/pub/DF4_Users_Manual.pdf?target="new"[/link]

US Hobby is probably the best source for parts as well.

this will not work because it's a little different. he has the new falcon 40 with the new radio so he must have the v2 not v1.

I don't see that specified in this thread, only where Dave asks which version he has. In the falcon 40 thread/forum he says he has the "really long antenna" which would be 72 mhz v1.
