Try a 10-6 or 10-5 prop on it to achieve a higher RPM. The ST G-51 is rated at 1.48hp @15,500 rpm. A 10-7 prop may be too much for it.

Start with the recommended prop (10-6) and the original muffler and take an rpm reading. If the engine is new you may need to fly it for a while to make sure it's broken in. You should be in the 11k - 12k rpm range. If not, go to a 10-5 prop. Once you are satisfied, then install the tuned pipe and adjust the length until reaching a max rpm. The tuned pipe should boost rpm around 1k rpm or so.

If this is still not fast enough for you, then it's time for a new engine. OS 55AX may be worth a try.

Good Luck!
