NEW BROTHER ALERT !!!!

Let's all welcome Dave Johnson (AKA cocobear) as Brother # 189.

Dave is a Top Gun Competitor, and is with Great Planes (who are bringing out the new ARF).

Dave says it is nothing like the Pica, so okay Dave........ (even if the tailwheel is in the same place that Pica put it....)

Boy...somedays I wish my PICA kit would come out of the box same stage as the GP version would. If I shake the box a little before opening will that help???

Marko,

If you add a bottle of glue and put it in a bigger box, maybe. On second thought, nope, you would just have a pile of glued together sticks that even stickbuilders motto would not help - It''s easy, just glue all the pieces together, and sand off everything that doesn''t look like an airplane.

Some times I feel like I'm ancient, and we fly from a grass field in farm country that has been in the same family for over a 100 years, most of our members are retired so, I guess we are somewhat "Ancient". ACF ps looking forward the the brotherhood. Thanks.

But in reality, Ancient Sucks. I should know. I'm officially old.

That one does not always work either, I am 50 but feel much older. Looking forward to retirement, in about 40 years with my investments.

Darn...that is what I was afraid of. Guess it will be a couple years before I can enjoy my WACO....at least in the flyable state! Have to complete a couple other projects first, and unfortunately WORK seems to always be getting in the way. Do enjoy following you gents with all the projects on the go here!

Cheers,

Wow,

Five new Brothers since I last check in must be some sort of record. Welcome to all of you the GP Waco looks like it’s made a good impression on some. I’ll look forward in seeing some pictures and how you like them.

With 190 plus members I can’t believe we can’t get a new batch of Tee shirts made up. Any one that would like to have a Waco Brotherhood shirt must let Mitch know by mail.
Go to page 480 post 11987 for instructions.

Probably about the same way that the Government tends to regulate any and everything. Very Poorly.

johnboy151a, The metal top came from a local sheetmetal shop, cut to size of course. The magnet's are from,    the magnetsource.com
One of the best investment's I ever made toward's the hobby.
Sorry I don't know how to post links yet, maybe someone can advise me on that.
