Spektrum AR6200 replacement
Newbie here, I'm trying to slowly build up my airforce. I started outwhen a friend gave mea Kadet Senior, DX6i and an AR6200. Irecently purchased a couple of other used planes and want to add radio gear to them. It looks like the AR6200 is no longer availble. what should I be looking at for replacements? Thanks

Thanks for the response, so do I look for DSMX 6200, or is it known by another model #?

There are several 6 channel Rx's that you could use in place of the AR6200. It looks like some are DSM2 and some are DSMX. Here is one you might choose. The AR6210.

RE: Spektrum AR6200 replacement
I would suggest the 6210 also. ALso, be aware that there have been (and are) some counterfeit spektrum receivers out there, and Horizon will not accept any responsibility for service, repair, etc.
I can't comment on the quality of the knock-offs that are made to look like Spektrums, I've just always purchased from Horizon Hobbies authorized sellers, that way I know if I ever need service, I have a place to go.
Horizon hobby's website ( or spektrums) has information about the clones, you might find more there.
