Creating something from nothing, no matter what it may or may not resemble, says a lot. Few of us would grab some blocks of foam and have it. Good on you, have fun.

Agreed!
The theory behind this is not a twin or single seater, but a high performance UAV. Too may "gliders" - I wanted to develop a fighting, high speed "drone" - what I thought it could look like - hence the X - UAV. It actually started off life as a gliding version, I created a large sloping wing, but in the end wanted something more agressive looking. Big canopy, so you can put in your FPV rig, solid or clear canopy to do whatever you feel like with it.
you can see it on you tube "gliding" with the earlier wing, but much prefer the delta look.

The XUAF is at the moment:
• Rough shaping complete
• Wings shaped
• Tail section shaped (roughly)
• Ducting shaped
Still a long way off, but bit by bit and I will get there.
From know on starts all the technical part of the build, fixtures, mounts, electrics etc, etc, etc

Hi Pilots, thanks for the great response!.... NOW, who can help on this one..........
I have been given this bad boy... The RC Lander 120 EDF monster.
I have worked with many of the 68mm EDF set ups and run them through my aircraft and are happy with my set up, ....... But this is on a league of its own
I am scared, just looking at it, I am scared it will suck my face off when I start it up
I am putting this post out to see if anyone has one of these, or has a good set up I can copy/do the same. I want to do this right and need to here from pilots who have found the best set up for this rig... The photo shows all I have...
Where to from here, what else do I need, where to get it from, what works best?????
Who can help?

Update!
Well it has been a VERY long time! Sorry pilots - work commitments and all, I am sure you all understand!
I decided to hit the build hard and complete the aircraft to a flying stage in one week (primed paint only), so work tools down and hobby tools in hand.
BUILD: PROGRESS
1. Using EPP I cut out all the control, wire, gear, ducting, battery channels
2. Mounted all hardware and strung all wires through
3. Tested clearances/function
4. Glassed nose of aircraft and covered wings/back of fuse with a UPVC
5. Primed aircraft - ready for full color scheme (still deciding on color)
