Is the 300 still using a 4mm port for fuel?

maybe if you did just a TINY bit of research, you would read 5300€ and see that its a p300 RX and not SX

Yes, to help with this negative pressure issue that some jet guys experience with 45lb thrust + turbines.

In both of my Mammoths and in each of my jets i use 2 vents, so here is how it goes from hat back.

uat to center tank ( single line )

center tank vent to huge T fitting

split lines to main sattle tank clunks ( all big clunks and big 6mm line )

each sattle out to bottom of jet with its own vent ( big fitting )

thru the system, use 6mm line, biggest clunks, and big fittings.

This should help with back pressure issues

I think you are wrong about 2 vents.. i have an A10 with 2 P160SX working with only 1 vent.. for more than a year. (a 4mm or 6mm vent can handle a lot of air for the tank)
For sure this is not the problem..
Maybe the UAT can be the problem.. i usually dont use that in bigger turbines!!
I think the problem can be in the vent from center tank to back 2 tank.. You said... "center tank vent to huge T fitting"
BVM for example use in the Ultra bandit .... 2 vents in the center tank.. one for each back tank.

Ok, Herald.
Just giving an example of what I do.

I have been lucky in the flame out situation. Because since i have done this fuel set up, flame - outs have been extremely rare.

With the T fitting, My BVM has the center tank with the 2 vents at the top. My Fei Bao has a custom tank that we made.

The T fitting is the largest one, you have to stretch the 6mm or 5/32 fuel line over it aggressively to get the fuel line on.

This set up just enables the UAT to keep up with the fuel pump and avoid high negative pressure build up in the uat.

my setup is simple...

from pump i have 5 tanks in series...

first the large CAT from Marcs, then 6mm festo tubing with everything 5mm on the inside, even the tygon inside the tanks is a very large type...

i have tested this with no problems at 1400ml/min flow no cavitation.

and of course my P-300 is happy

I think Mr. Heraldo didn´t read or understood this well...
What Mr. Michaelsarysz is saying is that the negative pressure problem accurs with 45lb thrust + turbines and then he say Michaelsarysz is wrong because of his experience with a 37lb thrust turbine!?!
Clearly Mr. Michaelsarysz is NOT wrong and he have a good and point in install a double vent an a very "thirsty" turbine, at least better save then sorry!

hmm if the "vent" you are talking about is the last tube going outside the plane for overflow. this could be 4mm with no problem.. the problem occurs when it has to transport fuel

I tested mine in a bench.. and get 29.5 kg of thrust. More or less 900m from sea level.

for the money you are paying I would like to see jet cat include a fod screen that would help a long way with new buyers looking at their first turbine

Michael.. read the engine data?

scooby... jetcat only offers their normal ugly p200 jetnet... so its better to make something yourself.

Thanks
