The high speed is the tall one in the gold sleeve, turn that in all the way, just till snug not tight or you'll break it. Then the low speed needle is on the side of the carb, the side that rotates (opens). Set that at flush with the collar, then the idle screw is right in front of the carb. Make sure you have about a 1mm opening in the carb. Those are base settings, if you ever get outa wack or something go back to those settings and tune from there. Do you know how to tune?

i know thats what u ment to say chevy
