Hi I have 3 FP-R129DP receivers and I need to know if I can uses 6V battery with them and if yes do I need a voltage regulator for the servos they are futaba S9402

You can use a 5-cell NiCd or NiMH battery pack with your R129DP receiver and S9402 servos. The receivers have built-in voltage regulators, and the servos can handle the voltage of those packs.

Does this apply to all Futaba receivers? Do all the receivers have a regulator, and if so, if one is using a 6 volt battery that is regulated down to 4.8 volt at the Rx side, how much voltage do the servos see?

All current-production Futaba receivers have a voltage regulator to supply power to the receiver's circuitry. The servos see the full voltage supplied by the battery pack.
