RE: Amazin service from Chief Aircraft
I bought an Pilot RC 30% Extra 300 From Chief last week. I live in Tampa and drove to pick it up so I did not risk UPS beating the crap out of it. Donnie showed me around and gave me some pointers on the build.
I got it home and everything looked good except one hinge was loose. I called Chief the next day to ask for a new elevator, as I was not sure how much glue I could get into the hinge, and after all it is brand new. They suggested bringing the whole plane back to make sure everything matches up correctly. The next day I met Bret and we went through a new plane too make sure everything looked good. Bret gave me more tips for the plane, cleaning and polishing it, and overall giant scale.
Pretty darn good service if you ask me!
