Half A Diamond
Hello
I'm trying to find any information on a plane called a Half a diamond. I think it was sold by world engines around 1973. It was all foam and set up for .20-.40 engines.
Thanks
Mark

RE: Half A Diamond
I have a 1/2 A Diamond, unbuilt, still in the box. It is missing one wing panel and possibly some other parts... The fuselage, tail feathers and one wing panel are there, as well as the plans.
What information would you like?

Vince: I would also like to get info on this airplane, just for nostalgia. It was the first R/C airplane that I attempted to fly and it didn't last long. I think I had a Veco .29 in it. Can you supply info like the wingspan, engine range, etc? Any such info listed on the box? A phot of the box and contents would be great.

RE: Half A Diamond
I flew 1 in 70's, It costs $14? and was an all foam arf sorta, I think it is better then the supercub now available.
Mine had a veco 19. I installed a real thin plywood on the bottom for belly landings. It was great plane and I learned to solo on 1. I wish someone would sell something like it now.
