The Butterfly does not have a cabane structure. The wing is placed directly on top of the fuselage:

My bad - yes, the design in question is the Dragonfly, but what stuck in my head was the erroneous title of the thread, "Butterfly". The Butterfly I assume you mean is the Mark's Models/Dynaflite Butterfly, which is a shoulder wing (of sorts) and does not have a cabane. Back in post #20, Tex refers to a change he made in the cabane for his Dragonfly design.
You can see the cabane structure of the model in the first photo of this thread. The plan drawing which shows the cabane change and improvement is what I am looking for.

Here's my version of the Dragonfly. A recycled 2 meter sailplane wing, scratch built fuse and tail, my new Taranus radio and lots of recycled parts and material.
