coupon rx's
I mailed in the coupon and check for the additional 07 rx on 02-23-10. That was about 3 weeks ago. Should I have received them by now or are they out of supply. Just curious.

All coupons that were received up until 2-20-10 have been filled. Coupon orders received after this will be filled when we receive another batch of receivers. (we should be receiving more shortly)

Today is 4/12/10. On 3/15/10 Brendan posted here that they were expecting more receivers to fill the coupon orders "Shortly". Could we get a definition of "shortly"? I am waiting for two.

It is a bummer that they don't have any more to send out, and before you guys say "go buy a couple more" I may be losing my job in a few weeks, so I know that I won't have extra money for rx.

Maybe I am just a sceptical old man but this delay in providing the receivers that were a inducement to purchase the Aurora 9quickly before the offer ended is starting to smell like a marketing scam that I am not really happy about. I made the purchaseas soon as I could to qualify for the coupon andnow it seems Hitec RCD isnot holding up their end of the deal.They knew full well that purchasers were going to use the coupon. They gotthe money for the radios.Where are the receivers????? My coupon was mailed 3/17/10.

As per the info listed below, due to the volume it can take 3-6 weeks.
Aurora 9 Receiver Offer
Retail purchasers of all Aurora 9 models bought on or before March 31, 2010 will receive a coupon for a free Optima 7 receiver and the option to purchase a second Optima 7 receiver at half price. The coupon along with proof of purchase must be sent to Hitec USA for redemption. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.
Note from Hitec: There has been some concern that, due to the overwhelming demand for the Aurora 9, some customers who placed their orders, but have not received their radio, may not be able to participate in this offer. As long as you get a coupon you are entitled to participate regardless of actual delivery date. Hitec will include coupons in all Aurora 9's shipped to our distributors before March 31, 2010.

Lets see here. Coupon sent 3/17/10. Today is 4/30/10. By my math that is 44 days. Six weeks= 42 days. Allow a day or two for the coupon to arrive at Hitec RCD.
Should I go to my mail box this afternoon and expect to get my receivers??
I did receive the replacements for the two receiver antennas that fell apart. Thanks.

Waiting on another batch of receivers that is supposed to come at the end of the week. The previous batch was not enough to fill all the coupon orders since everyone elected for 2 receivers with that deal.
