sorry, i had just edited my post, did you put in everything that came with the ebay purchase? i see on your picture that the throttle return spring and linkage collar is missing (mind you, thats not the issue here).
so when you "gas it", the throttle linkage (thin metal rod) bends? does the carb open at full throttle?

RE: I hope someone can help with this
when i was making my own linkages, i tried using the metal rods from coat hangers. the linkage would bend and flex everytime the servo would apply load on it...
you very well could have a flexy linkage there. try using the setup with your original rod. or if your DIY, you can go to the lhs and buy just a long linkage rod and using two pliers, shape the linkage to your liking. the linkage metal rods that you get from your lhs can handle the load which a servo puts on it
i hope this helps

Icontacted the guy Ibought it from and he told me to move the throttle stops farther down the rod. That did keep it from bending now but now Ihave the problem of Idont have as good as response from the trigger Ihave to pull it pretty far for it to start reving the engine I guess its one of them things Igotta live with. Anyways here is a picture of the finished product.

Adjust the throttle rod to where when it is at full throttle, the carb is just opening all the way. Then, make sure it closes back to idle when you let off, and if not, you may have to play with it. It should work with some fiddling.
