first day out with my savage
took my savage out for the first time properly down the local wood.
had great fun in the gravel carpark jumping off of mud mounds.
went into the woods with some huge jumps and pits and took on a few with ease.
did another jump about 20 mins of being in there and split my fuel tank.................was just getting into it as well.
have an oversize airfilter and a tuned pipe, they certainly make a difference and the twin disc brakes are superb.
how much quicker do the smaller tanks with the cage run out in comparison to the std tanks as i think i need one of these

RE: first day out with my savage
the ofna fuel tank (i think thats wot ur talking about) means that your engine wont lean out anymore
when it leans out causeing it to overheat or stall when nealry all the fuel in the tank is gone alot of people recomend it but i havent tryed it yet.
hope this helps
